How the team is organised
Teams, responsibilities and open roles
Each team states what it is accountable for. Open roles are listed so that applicants know what is actually being built rather than what sounds important.
Community leadership
Setting direction, safeguarding the standard, and owning the final call on removal.
Accountable for
- Own the community rules and the version in force
- Approve staff appointments and removals
- Review sanctions that remove access to the community
- Publish development status honestly, including when a milestone slips

Development
Building and maintaining the framework, the API and this website.
Accountable for
- Framework, database and API maintenance
- Website and portal development
- Security review and incident response
- Deployment, backup and restoration procedures

Character staff
Reviewing characters and applications against a published standard.
Accountable for
- Review character applications with written reasons
- Request additional information rather than guessing
- Maintain the character creation standard
- Escalate conflicts of interest instead of deciding them

Support and moderation
Handling reports, tickets and appeals, including the uncomfortable ones.
Accountable for
- Triage support tickets and player reports
- Preserve evidence for the time an investigation requires
- Write outcome records with reasons and attribution
- Recuse themselves from cases they were involved in

Recruitment is not open yet
Staff applications will run through the portal once the application framework ships, so every decision is recorded with a reason and an audit trail. Until then there is no application form to submit.
